- In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative item of equal value. This may alter the service time.
Order Requirements
- “24 FREE” must be ticked upon check-out if placing your order online. Order must state “24 FREE” on the purchase order and in the subject line of the email. Orders that are faxed must clearly state “24 FREE” on the purchase order.
- Weekends and local public holidays are not considered working days.
- 24-Hour FREE Service (1 Working Day) starts from the time Norwood BIC Graphic receives signed artwork approval. Artwork approval to be received by no later than 2pm Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Subject to stock availability.

- Any changes to your order including artwork changes will disqualify the order from 24-Hour Service. Additional time is required for artwork adjustments.
- Accounts on credit hold are not eligible for this service.
- Norwood BIC Graphic cannot guarantee 24-Hour Service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters or any other events outside of Norwood BIC Graphic’s reasonable control.
